HOW TO CREATE A GOOGLE ACCOUNT USING YOUR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS

You do NOT need a Gmail address. 

If you ALREADY have a Google account

You do not need to create anything new.

Just sign in to your Google account and ask the club admin to add your email address to the Recoil system.

If you do NOT have a Google account, follow the steps below.

1. Open this website in your web browser

       https://accounts.google.com/signup

2. Find the option that says

      Use my current email address instead

      Click it.

3. Fill in the form 

• ⁠First name

• Last name

• Your normal email address (for example Yahoo, Outlook, or work email)

• ⁠Choose a password you will remember

• Click “Next”.

4. Check your email inbox.

       Google will send you a message with a code.

5. Open that email and enter the code on the Google page.

• Finish the setup by clicking “Confirm”.

That is all.

IMPORTANT

•⁠  ⁠You did NOT create a Gmail address.

•⁠  ⁠You will log in using your own email and the password you chose.

•⁠  ⁠Tell the club which email address you used, so access can be granted in Recoil.
